This week’s Sunday School lesson was on Leviticus 8-10 – the story of Nadab and Abihu with the focus verse being Leviticus 10:3

Moses then said to Aaron, “This is what the LORD spoke of when he said: “‘Among those who approach me I will be proved holy; in the sight of all the people I will be honored.'” Aaron remained silent. (NIV)

For the classes’ prayer cards I printed the following

A good discussion question for the class is : Why should we ask for God’s help in regarding Him as holy and bringing glory to Him?

Ultimately I think all of our hearts need a greater revelation of our complete inability to do anything for God, especially bringing glory to His name. Only by the power of His Spirit transforming our hearts can we worship Him in the way He deserves.
