Anger often flows out of a person’s worry about the future.

You cannot control all the difficulties that come your way. But you can do a great deal to control the anxiety level you experience in the face of adversity.  The apostle Paul wrote, “Be anxious for nothing” (Philippians 4:6)

“”But how?” you may ask.

In that same verse, Paul went on to say: “In everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be known to God.”  In other words, talk to the Lord about the situation. Turn the problem over to Him, thank Him for hearing your prayer, dealing with the problem and providing the solution you need.
