Being disappointed is ok – you can be disappointed with someone or something. This you can’t really control……
BUT discouragement you can choose!!
Things to remember for discouragement:
- He is always with you when ‘things’ are going on. (You are not alone!)
- He is in control. Our Father is the God of all creation. As the insurance company God says “You are in good hands”
- He is working it all out for your eternal benefit. Romans 8:28
When you think this way you never need to choose discouragement. It puts everything in proper perspective. Learning this will begin to build our spiritual muscle.
Remember: You need great strength (HIS) to build others up.
