Have you ever been in that place where you have given out so much, been so busy with activities whether church, family, studies, etc -all good things- but sudden find yourself spiritually exhausted?
I was a there recently. What I found was that I was so thirsty. With a hunger to just sit quietly in the presence of God, longing for silence to listen to His Word and just rest at His feet.
Thirsty
Empty
A well run dry
Forgetting to drink
Living water
Offered to me freely
In need of refreshment
Giving from my own supply
Leaving me depleted
Weary
An invitation open
Come. Drink.
Be filled
By that which satisfies
Come to the fountain
Those who are thirsty
Come to the fountain
Drink forever
Life eternal
Life abundant
